About

I'm a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt...
I'm a Christian, a worshipper, a missionary...

I'm a nature lover, a coffee drinker, an ice cream eater, a reader...

Truly, I have more interests than time in the day!  I get excited to take road trips, see new sites, try new foods, learn new things.  Mornings on the deck with coffee in hand, watching the deer walk through my yard -- while holding on to the dog's collar to keep him from disrupting it all -- and listening to the birds is an ideal start to the day.  I can be found sitting by the fire reading a good book, scanning through Pinterest posts to get decorating ideas, busy in the kitchen trying out an ethnic recipe (probably found on Pinterest!), or lounging on the couch with my husband watching a movie.  Then there's always floating down a river, hiking in the woods, exploring in the Jeep with all the windows rolled down, pulling weeds, or shaving down the dog.  So many options!

But my passions are focused:  Jesus, my family, and ministry.  I love to study the Bible and share what I'm learning.  My husband and family mean the world to me.  And the opportunities I have been given to share Christ with others around the world humbles and inspires me.  The Great Commission is my motto and motivation:
"Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.  And be sure of this:  I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt. 28:19-20)
As President of Global Outreach Foundation, I run the headquarter office for our missionaries who serve around the world, but am also minister through preaching, teaching, and serving overseas.

So, yes, I have many roles and I do many things.  But in the end, I just want to hear, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." (Matt. 25:21)
